Rating: - Adata JOGR
Worked fine for about 2 months then began experiencing read/write errors and frequent file corruption. Returning to Adata for service. Will update with their results.
Rating: - Okay other than very slow
It is a bit wide, so may make it hard to use another USB port beside it. It took 23 minutes to copy a folder of files that was 1.7 GB, so the average write time was about 1.2 MB/s, and was getting slower as it went.
Rating: - works perfectly and very inexpensive
I had to submerge it under 3 feet of water just to see if it worked (FYI must have the cap on). within 20 minutes I had migrated all of my files from my pc (songs documents etc.) to my mac with no external hard drive. 8gb is a huge amount of capacity for such a small device. My only qualm is that the rubber cap can't be attached to the main part when connected to a computer and it could get lost, but so far this is the best investment in portable storage I have ever made, it's off brand, but it's worked perfectly, proof yet that sandisk and others better be offering better products soon!
