I've always trusted SwissGear. My old backpack is a SwissGear and I still have it.
This backpack is great. It holds my 15.4" laptop very well and other things too. My one complaint is though, the compartment where the laptop is placed, the lining has already ripped a bit. It's no big deal though. Overall, great product.

Exactly what I needed, a comfy black backpack with room for books and a computer. 2 things that would have been nice to know when looking at it though:
1. The outside pouch for pens/pencils/whatnot only opens accross the top as shown in the picture but it goes all the way down to the bottom of the pocket. Not a big deal, just makes you wish it unzipped a little further.
2. The laptop compartment is a tight squeeze for a standard 15.4" laptop. It fits very snugly, which may not be a bad thing cause it keeps it from rattling around, but the zippers barely make it over the top. ... Read More
