Börner Prima V-Slicer

I have an 18 yr old plastic version of this Borner slicer and I love it. It gets lots of use! If you like to dry your own fruit, it is just right for uniform slices, especially peaches and apricots. Our plastic model is showing wear (still useable). I'm asking for this stainless steel model for Christmas. We gave each of our 3 daughters and 3 daughter-in-laws the plastic version a few years ago and it is one gift that really gets used!
