I love this stuff. I have a deep crease on my eye lid and oily skin, so my eye shadow is immediately and constantly smeared, worn off, creased and just plain awful. I had tried so called bases in other brands, and had been sorely disappointed by them all. So, I bought this after reading the reviews, and have used nothing else since. i can put this on under my shadow and the shadow will last ALL day! Even through two hours of sweaty karate class! Amazing. Its a must have.
Rating: - One of the most effective beauty products on the market! A++
This is an awesome product. No fading of eye shadow with this beauty! I wish it came with a little bit more product for the price. However, I love this and will definitely re-purchase!

After years of eyeshadow that disappears by the afternoon, whether expensive or cheap, I was amazed with this product. I got a sample for free with my Sephora purchase last Christmas, and became hooked. My eye make-up stays where I put it until I take it off! It's wonderful. Got oily eyelids? Try this!
Rating: - Terriffic Product, Bad Packaging
I have extremely oily lids and this worked worked wonders for me. I give it 4 stars because of the packaging and parabens. I stopped using it and tried Too Faced Shadow Insurance because it has fewer ingredients and parabens and the Urban Decay Primer Potion didn't last long. Too Faced doesn't work as well at controlling the oil so I am switching back to Urban Decay Primer Potion.
I recently learned that a lot of the Primer Potion gets unused because of the bottle's shape, which is why it didn't last long, and it is impossible get to with the applicator. When the bottle runs low ... Read More
