Excellant flavor and texture. I breaded them lightly with Golden Dipt Spicy Chicken seasoning and then deep fried them to a golden brown. What great taste and tender. I will order more. Fantastic service from Omaha Steaks Company too. These are great for baking casseroles by cutting the pieces to bite size and adding them to any recipe before baking.
