Rating: - Great roaster-poorly designed handles
I have burnt my hands and or arms EVERY time I have used this pan due to the inconceivably stupid handle design.
The handles are very tall and angled in to the pan so when you are trying to stir your gravy you can't help but burn yourself on them.
It is nice and large and heavy duty so it makes a wonderful gravy which I can honestly say I've never had the opportunity to enjoy because I'm always nursing burns.
I spent too much on it to throw it out so I think I'm going to try to talk my husband into bending them the other way.

Rating: - LOVE this roaster & rack
For years, I'd used cooking bags for turkeys and large roasts in my cheap, $10 roasting pan. Then I took a cooking class and learned how to make pan gravy from the drippings. Trouble is, you can't do that with a $10 pan. So I bit the bullet, did my homework, shopped for a great deal and bought this one for about $100. And we LOVE it! Rack is non-stick and is a breeze to clean. Pan is NOT non-stick, but deglazing it with wine when I make the pan gravy takes off all the major stuff and the rest comes clean with dish soap and a sponge. Very sturdy roaster. Doesn't warp or bend when roasting a standing rib roast or a 16-pound turkey. Both roaster and rack clean up easily. I wish I bought this roaster many years ago. Excellent roaster!
Rating: - Pan is Great, But the Rack Leaves Something to be Desired
I purchased this pan to tackle a prime rib roast for Christmas dinner. The pan itself is very heavy, solid and distrubutes the heat well. One thing I do not like about other roasting pans that I have purchased is sometimes the pan juices seem to burn in the oven which results in no "pan goodness" to make gravy with. I have used this pan multiple times and never had that issue- the bits and pieces will brown, but do not get a burned flavor.
