The Calphalon Stainless Steel Large Spatula is a great kitchen utensil. I love the shape because it fits so well in the Calphalon Commercial hard-anodized pots and pans. The long handle matches those of the cookware so it looks very nice when hanging from its hook on the Calphalon pot rack. Even though Calphalon says the spatula is dishwasher-safe, I still like to wash mine by hand in hot soapy water and dry it with a soft floursack dish towel so that it stays shiny. Highly recommended!
