We love this product. It heats quickly and evenly, and is large enough for almost everything we make. This is ideal for the two-person home.

I can't believe how well this oven works. Make my Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day without the hassle of adding water for steam. Love,love ,love it. Once considered buying a clay insert for my regular oven, but this does that job and more. Cannot believe how well it works for a 2 person family. Only had this a short time, so I imagine loving it more as I use it!!!!!

I cook a lot but there are only two of us in the house, so I was really excited to have a nice oven that wouldn't heat up the whole kitchen every time I needed to bake something. I loved this oven for the first two or three months; it cooked everything so beautifully. Then I noticed things started burning. I tried adjusting rack levels and ingredients, thinking somehow I was in fault. Finally, I decided to check the temperature of the oven. I first ordered the Cuisinart BRK200 through one of Amazon's 3rd party suppliers. The oven arrived and I discovered the bottom element didn't come on. I took it up with Cuisinart - I paid to ship the one I had back to them and they quickly shipped me a new oven at their expense.
I live in a rural area and can't find good pizzas anywhere in the town close to me, so I mainly got this to cook pizzas at home. I can get a Wal-Mart Sams Choice fresh pizza, add my own toppings plus extra cheese - and I get a really good pizza with a nice pastry like crisp crust. I can also reheat cold ... Read More

I love my little BRK-300. Sure it is small, but with only two of us it is perfect. It performs just as well as my full size oven. This little gem bakes up a perfect, crispy thin crust pizza, something I was never able to accomplish with my full size oven. I love the convecton feature and it roasts chicken like nobodys business. I can actually bake boneless, skinless chicken breasts in it without them drying up. I also love the fact that I don't have to heat up my whole kitchen with my full-size oven during the hot Summer months.
