This product is exactly what we have been searching for. Heavy Duty, Easy to clean,Comfortable Handles and Tight fitting lids. As with all Stainless Steel you must adjust you cooking method to a lower heat setting. As long as you keep that in mind you will love this cookware.As a matter of fact we loved it so much that we purchased every single piece of Multiclad Pro Stainless that Cuisinart makes. WE JUST LOVE IT!!

I'm not the first person to crow about this kitchenware, I know. See, I've had this set for about a year and half, and have been enjoying it so much I've just forgotten to review it!
I grew up with cast iron, and there's a knack to getting those to cook just right . . . a knack I just never mastered, no matter how often grandma showed me the way of it. When I moved out on my own, I took a couple of smaller, well-seasoned iron skillets with me (which I still own), and then added to the collection with the non-stick stuff.

I just purchased this set of cookware today after researching and reading a lot of reviews. I just cannot afford to buy a set of All-Clad and I see a lot of reviewers here said this set is every bit as good as All-Clad so I decided to go with this set. These pans are absolutely gorgeous! They also cook very well. I used the pans for the first time for dinner this evening and made one mistake. Never add salt to a pan of water before it boils. This is my first set of stainless cookware. I LOVE IT!! They are so easy to cook with. It took me a minute or two to turn down the burners and cook at a lower temperature than what I used to, but once I did....every thing has turned out so tasty! If you are thinking about getting rid of those nasty teflon pots and pans that are all scratched up this cookware set is perfect!!

I picked up this set when the price dropped to 210 for only a day. It was pointed out to me by someone on the Amazon message boards and I'm VERY grateful. The outer box was seriously damaged and taped, but the inner box and contents were fine. That might be why they let it go at the lower price. They may not have wanted to risk sending a damaged set to someone who paid a premium price for premium cookware, or they just didn't like how the packaging looked.
