For those that are looking for a high quality speaker stand, look no further. At this price, these can't be beat. They're built like a tank out of heavy gauge steel and weigh about 25 pounds each. My bookshelf speakers weigh 28 pounds each and need a stable, safe platform. Looking elsewhere, I found a number of speaker stands that would have been great but I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars. They assemble easily with only two screws each.
