What can I say--it does what it's supposed to do. It's inexpensive, and it holds the towel roll tightly, but still allows it to spin easily. It's a good product--exactly as advertised

These paper towel holders were purchased for our church's bathrooms and they have worked soooo much better than the plastic ones you get at the store! Thanks for a great product.

This thing is so much better than any of the pricier, overdesigned towel holders out there and once you get it on the wall with a roll in the frame, it's surprisingly easy on the eyes. I love it lots.

It does exactly what you expect it to do: holds paper towels.
I bought it for my girlfriend and installed it under her cabinet. The only issue were the screws, which were too long and protruded into the cabinet. Not a big deal, I just used some shorter screws. Others considering doing something similar should keep that in mind, you may need to get shorter screws.
But it's up and she loves it. Definitely recommended, especially for the price.
