Rating: - Came as ordered, but.......
Came as pictured, but doesn't keep drinks that hot and the "on" indicator light is almost impossible to see if it is on or off, unless the room is completely dark. This item needs to be re-designed to allow more heated plate and a much better indicator light.

I've never owned one of these but have always wanted one. Winter is coming and my office is always cold, so I can't slowly enjoy my hot drinks. I had originally planned to buy one from my local Walgreens, until I read the bad reviews on most mug warmers. The good reviews in here convinced me to give this one a try.

I bought this product for work, it keeps my coffee pipping hot and also doubles as a candle warmer.

This little burner has the wattage to keep beverages hot! It took alot of searching to find this one and it's worth every penny.

Has immensely improved the quality of my work life. It's wonderful to have a brief moment of pleasure available on your desk, one that will be there no matter how mind-numbing and tedious your workday becomes. I agree that the cord is too short, and the switch is placed so that you will probably have to crawl under your desk to turn it on or off, but it's worth it to me.
