These are the best? Glass so much better than plastic. The lids even have a vent for the microwave. They stack nicely together and can go in the dishwasher and the lids still fit after the diswasher.

I've owned this set for over a year. I love how easy they clean and how you can use them in the microwave. The smaller containers I use to store seeds in.

These are great bowls! I was a little hesitant after reading reviews about the tightness of the lids. They are a little snug, but that's what I wanted them for. They are much easier to remove after they've been allowed to sit on the bowls overnight and extremely easy after they've been used in teh microwave. Excellent value. I'm asking for another set for Christmas to replace the rest of my plastic disposable containers!
Rating: - Redesign lids
The lids are really difficult to attach to the bowls. The little spout to open on the top for microwaving comes totally off instead of opening one hole for steam as it is meant to do. The bottom flat surface makes the bowls inappropriate for mixing things such as salad dressing that you might want to make and store without dirtying another dish.

I bought these after reading an article saying that using plastic containers in microwave may increase risk of cancer.
These are great - you can use it to serve food and cover to store the leftovers in the fridge.
