Rating: - really good knives
I did a good deal of research before buying these knives. I was really just interested in the chefs knife, but I am glad I got the package. These are by far the sharpest knives I have ever used. At times they seem to slice through vegetables like they are not even there. The chefs knife by itself is worth the price. I tend to use the utility knife almost as much though. The handle on the paring knife is kinda awkward and skinny, but I am the only one who seems to mind.
All considred. Freaking great knives!!!. I am sure the 8 inch will be my favorite for a long long long time.

I've never had really good knives before purchasing this 3-piece set so I really don't have much to compare it to except the cheaper knives I am used to using. These Global knives are nice: sharp, excellent quality, well balanced. They are obviously of high quality and I have no regrets about this purchase.
