Made from 100% ewe's milk, the flavor is delivered to the back of your tongue with delicate force, imparting overtures of wild herbs and lemon grass. (1/2 lb.) Paladin Bavarian Blue is a slightly tangy, crumbly Roquefort-type blue cheese produced in Bavaria's Alpine countryside.
