After noticing that the quantity of what I ate seemed disproportionate to what I was eliminating and reading in several places that the "average person has six to twelve pounds of undigested material fermenting in their intestines," I began my search for a colon cleansing product. A couple of week ago I was doing Andreas Moritz's The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush and did not do a proper colon cleanse before hand, but instead used Epsom Salt every morning for the 3-4 days prior to the cleanse, and that was fine but the Epsom Salt made things too watery. But this Colosan made the solid matter move also. Colosan also gives you a bit more time between the time you feel the urge and the time you need to make it to the bathroom.
