Rating: - Lemon in time saved the dinner!
The date of my long promised Moroccan dinner was almost upon me when I realized the preserved lemon recipe said 30 days to "cure." Everything else for six courses of recipes I'd never tried before was from "scratch", so this departure seemed permissable. So glad I made this choice, even with the extra expense, to get authentic Moroccan lemons prepared correctly. The turnaround time for shipping was phenomenal. They were great--and the dinner was a great success.

Since travelling to Morocco a year and a half ago I have searched for an exact replica of the fabulous preserved lemons served in Moroccan tangines. These were good, the closest yet to the lemons in Morocco, but not as good. They may be the best I can get in the US, however.
