Rating: - Too Hot on Low Setting
I filled the 6 qt. pot about 2/3 full, set it on Low, and then pushed the 6 qt button. I checked on it after 2-3 hours, and could see that the food was literally boiling! I plan to return this item. A slow cooker without a reliable Low setting is of limited value to me.
Rating: - Needs a little work
I got it for Christmas last year from my father in law. I quickly chucked the (not-so) old one. In retrospect, I should have waited until I tried this one out. Thankfully, my husband had only put the old one in the shed. For the most part, it works great. I do wish it had a temperature read out as the different sizes must vary it some.
My big issue - you have to be careful with the largest pot. It gets hot near the heat element and not-so on top. I've had two meals burn on the outsides, on low. I use my regular crockpot for anything I can't watch and stir occasionally.

This is the best crock. THe ease of cleaning is great. The 3 sized pots are really helpful to making portions to fit the family needs. The base is also nice as it cools off very fast. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking into getting a crock pot.

I've only used it a few times thus far but I must say it has quickly become the favorite crockpot that I have ever had! I love the ability to pick just the right size crock for the meal that I am preparing. It cleans up so easy, is compact, and looks nicer than most other crocks. Very pleased with my purchase.
