Rating: - The best weight loss program ever
I have never been a heavy person, but after a long illness, I gained about fify pounds. I started using Alli approximately one year ago. I followed the program, excercising, eating right, and taking Alli. I have not only lost the fifty pounds, but a few extra. I have learned to eat a healthy diet and to continue excercising. I still use Alli, but only when needed. I highly recommend Alli.

My experience on Alli has been great. I've been using it since Nov 2007 and have reached my goal weight. The side effects mentioned by some haven't effected me therefore I have to wonder if the people who have experience discharge, etc were actually following the diet plan or if they continued to eat high fat diets? I will continue to use Alli to maintain my weight.

I'm not yet sure if I like Alli. It took 3 days for the first effects to show up, which resulted in a quick change of clothes. So my advice is to follow the rules and switch to a low-fat diet for 3 days before you start taking it. Then I lost about 1.5 lbs in 10 days. Not great, but not bad either. Then the confusing part... in the last couple of days, with no diet changes, I went back up to my original weight. Water weight? I don't know yet.

Hello,
I started taking this product on Monday. Today is the Saturday after, only 6 days later.
I have been doing EXACTLY what the book says to do, by eating a low fat diet, (mostly frozen weight watcher meals), Exercising (so far 30-45 min on the treadmill 4x this week), and taking one capsule with each meal 3x a day.
I have had ZERO problems or "treatment effects".
I am 6.75 pounds lighter than I was on Monday!
