This is a great product, does a wonderful job of picking up dust, cat hair (dog hair too, I'm sure), mud, any dry dirt on your hard surface floors. Better than any broom or dustmop. However, it can be hard to find. Today I found some at Target, sometimes I can find it at Wal-Mart. Look for it either on the top shelf or the bottom shelf....I usually have to look very carefully, it's so easy to miss. It is now called Swiffer Extra Large, NOT Swiffer Max. Same product, different name. I paid $7.49 at Target.

I can't find the Swiffer Max refills anywhere, either!! Now I have to resort to ordering online. What's up with that?????

First of all, I am not one to sit down and complain about a product.If I don't like a product, I return it to the place of purchase or just don't buy it again.
But this is a case of really liking a fairly new product on the market, for which I am no longer able to find the refills that make the product so wonderful. I love Swiffer Max. It is a great way to keep up on my hard surfaces on a daily basis. I flip it over and use both sides or use one side to dust after I have used one side to clean the floor.
