- Great set of knives
The blades are just great and well worth the price. The metal coated paper sticker used as a label on the handle is a disappointment - while the instructions recommend hand washing and not using a dishwasher, sorry - I'm going to use the dishwasher. However, the cheap label comes off eventually. The blades remain superb, however.

I suggest getting a companion Henckels or Wusthof manual sharpener (about $20); I haven't found anything better. My blades needed sharpening after a year of use 3-4 times a week, and 3 to 4 draws through each side of the sharpener did the trick, far better ... Read More

My kitchen cutlery is all Henckels Pro S. And now I have two sets of these steak knives and they are Pro S quality all the way. The knives fit perfectly in your hands providing a secure grip. It slices right through any steak with ease. The edge remains sharp for a long time and it cleans up nicely.

It makes your dinning experience much better!
