I bought the vegetable cleaver for my wife for Christmas. She loves it! She finds it easy to use and easier to use than other knives.

The veggie cleaver was a gift for my father. He loved it! He saw how fast he could cut veggies for our meal. He was so happy. Its light and easy to use. Plus a great addition to his knife collection. He was very impressed with the knife.
Rating: - good manufacture but poor blade design
This cleaver is of good quality, but the design of the blade is poor. Since the blade is curved, unlike the blade of a Chinese cleaver, it is not possible simply to chop without drawing the blade back and forth, even several times. Minching is out of the question.

Very sharp! Not much effort needed to chop boney parts of meat! I was unsure about what I was getting when I bought it but now I can assure you if you're looking for a cleaver that does the job and fits your budget, you MUST get this! Very very happy with my purchase.
