Since I recently remodeled my kitchen, I no longer had the space next to my stove where I used to set my tall kitchen can, so I decided to order this slide in one to place in the small cabinet between my stove & dishwasher and I purchased a large stainless steel one to put on the other side of the room. I now use the slide in one just for food scraps and etc. while I am cooking. I absolutely love it. It is so convenient to just slide the door out to toss your egg shells or onions peelings.
