These litter locker cartridge are hard to find around our local area. I purchased the Litter Locker about a year and a half ago and just love it. I have been to at least 5 different stores looking for these cartridges and every store says they discontinued carrying them. I thought for a minute this was a waste of a purchase for the Litter Locker if no one locally was going to carry the replacement cartridges. Rating: - No more stinky trash cans!
I have used the Litter Locker Plus for about 6 months now with 2 cats. I use the Tidy Cats Breeze Litter boxes which are great for keeping the mess away and pee, but don't control poop order so well. Once I scoop it into the Litter Lock though, it keeps the smell completely away. I haven't ever broken a bag. One time I missed the black line that shows its near the end of a refill, and put the poop in, turned the wheel and the bag ran out making the poop fall to the bottom. It was an easy clean up though. Rating: - Good but not perfect
I've used the Litter Locker system for 3 years. It really is one of the best systems. I have two cats but unlike other reviews, I have never have a cartridge last longer than about a month. The odor does seem to build up so I remove the used part once a week. Also, if you don't like the dust from most kitty litter products, try Johnny Cat Natural - no deodorants added. It has very little dust. It masks the odor just as well as the others.

My cats get upset if there are any lumps in the litter box, so having a place to scoop to is great. (It is not a good idea to put it in the toilet.) This keeps it neatly until garbage day. No smell. My only wish is that it be a biodegradable plastic like they have for dog poop.

This is right up there with sliced bread, as far as convenience goes. Love it !
