My Bionaire humidifier is not new. I've been happy with it for about 3 years. But once I ran through the filters that came with it, I found I had trouble getting replacements. For awhile I could buy them at a local store, and then when they stopped carrying them I tried the internet. I bought some through Bionaire, but that was a hassle. So I was very happy to find that I could buy them through [...] - and I've had no problems since - except maybe that they appear to be 'off brand' rather than Bionaire filters.
