I've owned one very old clunky juicer before this one. The Breville is VERY easy to clean, all areas are easy to access for cleaning, and it takes less than 2 minutes. Juicing is very quick, and it does take whole apples as the shoot is wide.Very little splatter comes up the shoot if you don't cover it. The collection cup has a guard that separates the foam, so you don't have to drink that. I've washed the cup in the top rack of the dishwasher-no problems. This is a fantastic juicer. It is powerful, reasonably quiet, extremely easy to clean, durable, affordable, and stylish. I have used this juicer for citrus, apples, carrots, beets, celery, cucumbers, etc and it is fabulous.

This one speed Breville compact juicer is the first juicer me and my wife have ever bought, and I hope the last one...for a long long time; we love this juicer! We actually get excited about using it because it is so easy to use and clean; not to mention, of course, the delicious juice this machine makes. We appreciate the compact design, that was a big issue in our tiny home. Rating: - Wow!!! Powerful!!! Breville BJE200XL 700 watt juicer
This juicer is easy to set-up and clean. It's also quite powerful -- in fact almost too powerful as I toss in my fruit and veggies down the shute, debris flies up and about before I can get the the pushing mechanism down into the shute. Other than that, it's great! Just be careful where you place the machine as you will undoubtedly have bits flying out of the machine because it is so quick and powerful!
