This is easily the greatest invention since the wheel! It can be mounted to any wall or door, and doesn't take up much room. There's no need to buy any refills for it, as the rack accommodates most plastic grocery sacks (enabling you to recycle an otherwise discardable item). Mount it to the inside of a kitchen sink cabinet door, and voila!, you now have a disposal system at your knees by just reaching down and opening a door.
