Product Description: This exciting hybrid combines qualities of both traditional metal and non-stick cooking surfaces. Now not only can you brown, sear, and reduce sauces as the recipe intended, but you can also breathe a sigh of relief as you won't have a battle removing food and stains from the pan following use. How did this happen you ask? CALPHALON ONE INFUSED ANODIZED is manufactured with a revolutionary anodization process. Both interior and exterior surfaces are infused with an advanced release polymer which actually penetrates below the surface of the metal, into its very pores, offering superb durability and versatility. The intrinsic properties of aluminum ensure fast and even heating, as you've come to expect from Calphalon. Brown and saute with the lid off, or simmer with it on. This very useful piece might be used for cooking meats, seafood, or vegetables. The curved sides facilitate stirring and tossing.

Rating: - Sticks when making scrambled eggs
If you really need a non-stick pan, this is not the pan to get. The non-stick surface does not work very well with heat and no amount of oil will prevent sticking. Scrambled eggs, browning ground beef, or even just preparing some garlic in oil. It all sticks. The good thing about this pan is that you can scrub the heck out of it and the non-stick coating will not come off.
Rating: - Calphalon One Infused Anodized 9" Chef Pan
I own this product and use it more often than I would a similar size fry pan. Great for browning or making eggs, also for toasting spices. Calphalon One Infused Anodized is the best.
Rating: - It works but....
This pan works well but it's too hard to clean, and only half of the handle stays cool, it's very comfortable though.
Rating: - Don't be confused, buy infused
I bought my first Calphalon One INFUSED pan over 15 years ago, the Wok, and became a loyal believer then and there. I have used the Wok on both gas and electric ranges and have always had even heat and easy stir fry. I have had many a shrimp or Hunan Fire Oil residue burn to the bottom, but have never had a bit of trouble washing the remains off. All I do is fill it with hot sudzy water, leave it sit for an hour or so, and take a plasitc scrub brush to whisk it all away. I bought the Calphalon One INFUSED Anodized 9-inch chef's skillet and the Calphalon One Non-stick 11-inch grill skillet early ... Read More
Rating: - My omelet stuck
I just made myself an omelet in this relatively expensive skillet. I bought it strictly for making omelets that don't stick to the pan. And even with butter, my omelet stuck to the pan. It was very disappointing and a waste of my money.
