Great pot! the size is perfect and this pot has now become the one i always reach for. I like how the handles do not get hot. Also, I believe this nonstick surface to be far superior to the Professional Calphalon I have. It washes up better too.

This is a terrific product. The size is just right for medium batch size cooking and the included steamer is perfect for single-meal vegetable preparation. It's not too heavy to handle and cleans up very easily. Highly recommended.

I've been upgrading cookware and decided to buy it piece by piece rather than getting a set. This is a pan that I purchased to be able to get versatility and performance in one pan. It's filled that role and then some. The construction is top notch. Heavy, but not dutch oven cast iron heavy. Well built and designed. The handle on the lid stays cool to the touch even after 30 minutes of vigorous boiling, the handles on the sides likewise unless they're placed over open heat (let's say you don't center it over a burner).
