Product Description: Corningware, 22 OZ, Pop-Ins Mug, Large Capacity Stoneware Mug Perfect Size For Heating Soups & Chili As Well As Beverages, Vented Plastic Cover Is Leak Proof & Has A Steam Vent.
Amazon.com Review: Reheat homemade chili at the office for a warm meal with this innovative, single serving mug from CorningWare. From CorningWare’s smart Pop Ins line of kitchenware, the mug holds up to 22 ounces of a favorite beverage, soup, or vegetable dish.
Constructed in fine stoneware, the fluted mug design adds simple elegance to a kitchen while performing multiple functions. Freezer-, refrigerator-, oven-, and microwave- safe, the mug enables quick and easy food preparation. Just add frozen minestrone, pop the mug into the microwave, and set your steaming soup on the dinner table. The included plastic lid keeps contents fresh and is heat-resistant for microwave use. Vented slots on the lid allow steam to exit while dishes reheat in the mug, preventing steam burns or messy content eruptions. To clean the mug, place in the dishwasher or wash by hand. Soaking stoneware may damage the mug’s effectiveness. Avoid using abrasives that may cause scratches and blemishes. CorningWare offers a one-year warranty for this product. The mug weighs 1 pound upon shipping. --Jessica Reuling

Rating: - Price is not good
Go to Walmart and save 50%. They also have these at target for 6 or 7 bucks, I forget. I love this item, just the price is outrageous.
Rating: - Not quite a mug...
I ordered this looking for a large mug for my wife's coffee. It's difficult to gauge the size of the container from the web picture, so I thought this would be a good option. When the containers arrived, I realized they were huge bowl size, which may be perfect for reheating soup or maybe pastas or rice dishes, but certainly not for drinks. I think the term "mug" is a misnomer here. I would call this a bowl with a lid. I returned mine and am still looking for a "mug" that will fit a large Dunkin' Donuts coffee with a lid that is microwavable.
Rating: - Corningware mugs
I always MUST have a set of these--to heat my coffee in the morning, to store leftovers, for a multitude of uses. Work perfectly in microwave, and actually, are rather good looking.
Rating: - Great until the tops crater...
I've had four of these for several years, and they were my favorite for microwaving frozen veggies...But all things must come to an end, and ALL the tops have cratered... The plastic gets brittle, and break. If they would offer replacement lids for a buck a piece, I would give them a rave review...
Rating: - great for soup
Perfect fit for microwaving those 18 ounce cans of Progresso soup. Stir half way through to heat evenly. The lid keeps the soup from boiling over and making a mess if you microwave a little too long. The handle stays cool even when the soup is boiling hot.
Pricing on these is kind of screwy, though. Individual mugs are $10, but a set of 4 is only $16.
