If you like ground coffee every morning this is the best. Dial in what you like and set time. Unlike the cheaper version you do not have to keep cleaning out old beans and the grinder
Rating: - Worst coffee maker ever
DON'T BUY THIS. This thing is horrible. Goes thru beans at a rate of 3 1lb bags to every one of my prior machine and coffee is very weak. Then grounds become so impacted that it takes a massive cleaning effort to get them out. It becomes clogged in less than a week requiring you to turn the entire thing upside down and chisel out the grounds. A 10-15 minute process not good when you want to grab the cup of coffee and hit the road. I returned one and now can't take this back as store has gone out of business. Worst Cuisinart product ever.

After several years of use, we broke the carafe on our Melitta coffee grinder/brewer, and were unable to replace it. I had been quite happy with the Melitta, even though a cheap plastic part on the top broke repeatedly, and I had to use tape to hold it down in order to make coffee.

I am happy to say that using my usual mix of French Roast and hazelnut-flavored Columbian beans, together ... Read More

Cuisinart DGB-900BC Grind-and-Brew Thermal 12-Cup Automatic Coffeemaker, Brushed Chrome/Black This is the best coffee maker I have ever purchased. It's a few dollars more than I have ever spent before too, but the coffee it produces after the initial (new plastic) taste is gone is phenomenal. The manual recommends cleaning out the space between the burr grinder and the basket regularly and I found out why. It will jam up and you will have to work out all the grinds that pack up and stops it from working. The process is fairly straight forward though and only involves holding a metal door open while ... Rating: - Loving It
I am loving this coffee maker. I will tell you that it is my 3rd unit but I still love it. I would suggest to keep your grinder working to clean out the grinder area after every 2 grinds to keep it running smoothly. I love freshly ground and brewed coffee! Saves you money at the coffee shop and you treat yourself to a good cup of java!
