Customer Reviews

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Waste of money; terrible results
I was so exicted to try this item but was very disappointed with the results. I followed the instructions to a tee, however, the "ice cream" was liquidy and had horrible texture. It was a total waste of money. I would not recommend it.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Sorry product
I purchased the Cuisinart soft-serve ice cream maker for my daughter's birthday. She has other Cuisinart products and HAD thought highly of the manufactor. We followed the instructions, but only received very liquid results. What a disappointment, waste of effort, time and money.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The Kids Love It!!
We bought this for my nephews, who are 6 and 8, and they absolutely love it...but then again, so do we!
The ice cream they get from this machine is the same great quality we get from our Cuisinart 2 quart maker. The soft serve is delicious, and when left in the freezer for an hour, it's the best hard-pack you've ever tasted.
On the side of the machine are three compartments for ice cream cone toppings, and an area to store small cones.

The boys have used it at both their birthday parties, and a great time was had by all!

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - dont bother buying
i have used this a few times and the soft serve is either too soft or too hard. the texture is awful and i am sorry i bought it and didnt buy a real ice cream maker. you have to freeze the bowl for half a day and not handy. replacement bowls are expensive. not worth the money and it will probably end up at goodwill.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Delicious but very soft ice cream.
We have tried this a couple of times, and have found the ice cream to be very soft. We haven't found that the mix-ins add much. However, the automatic feature of this ice cream maker is very nice. It is easy to use, and relatively easy to clean.
