Rating: - Does the job well.
I haven't used most of the features, but so far this scale does its job well. Accurate and convenient, I keep it in a cabinet and it's very easy to pull out for use. It could use some work on ergonomics (not many people use the word TARE for example). I can see where someone could lose the book with food number codes; however, the database is available on the company website. A feature that would scroll through the food selections would be nice. Overall, it would take a very good scale to outdo this one.

I purchased this scale in order to help me with a diet I was starting. It couldn't be any easier to use. It has 999 preprogramed foods and a manual mode to enter in foods that may not be on their list. However, looking at the list I can't imagine you ever needing this feature, but it is still nice to have just in case. It also comes in handy just for weighing food portions with a tare feature to zero out the scale when you are using a bowl or plate to weigh your food on. Rating: - Great Scale!
This scale works really well! I like the fact that you can enter weights and measures for additional foods not in the scale. It shows either ounces or grams. One thing I would change is to make the buttons a little larger. The scale itself is very lightweight. I am very happy with it.
