I have been eyeballing this thing for a while, but just could not justify buying an $18 coffee travel mug.
I finally caved...
I had gotten frustrated by the fact that I accumulate an average of 4 or 5 Styrofoam cups a day on my desk.
I wanted to be more environmentally responsible. I can use this cup as a regular and a travel mug, so it is versatile.
I also cannot stand drinking coffee out of plastic, rubber, or steel travel mug. I am sensitive (ok i am a taste snob), and I can taste the plastic and metal in the coffee. NOT in this porcelain ... Read More
Rating: - A cup AND a conversation piece
This product really does look like an actual paper cup, to the point of startling people with its un-paperlike sound when you set it down. For these reasons, it's an excellent conversation piece, or starter, or ice breaker at the office.
The cup itself is approximately the same size as a so-called "Grande" paper cup at Starbucks (or "Medium" anywhere else). At 10 ounces, however, it holds far less coffee -- less even that that in a Starbucks "Tall" (or "Small"). The reason for this is the large amount of insulation in the cup.

Rating: - This is the cup/mug I have been looking for!
This cup/mug is exactly what I have been looking for. I love coffee and am somewhat of a mug collector. Until I purchased this mug yesterday, everything has either been a good mug for home or ok for the car but nothing has been good for both. This mug is great all around. Nice lip around the edge when drinking without the lid, white so I can see the quality of coffee (for those that know, you know...), nice heft to it, double walled construction for insulation....perfect!
Rating: - I like it
I AM Not a Paper Cup is great. I like it lots. My only complaint --- the silicone lid is getting stained, after using it for just 2 weeks. Still, I like it. Anyone know how to get the stains out? I do NOT want to use bleach on it --- any other ideas? Still, buy it, you'll like it.

I'll start with the questions I'm asked most often when someone discovers that I am a "I am not a paper cup" owner:
- Q: Does the lid fall off?
A: The only time it has fallen off was when I took a sharp turn and the cup fell out of the cup holder which was already filled with odds and ends.
- Q: Does the lid leak around the edges?
A: No, not at all.
- Q: Does it get too hot when filled with a hot beverage?
A: Nope. Not in the slightest. The double chambered wall does the job just fine.
- Q: Does it get flavors "stuck" in it (e.g. coffee)? ... Read More
