This sauteuse is pleasing to the eye and more importantly a pleasure to use. Much, much lighter than my other (Lodge) cast iron pots and pans. Bamboo handle is easy to hold and is "stay cool". Pan is easy to clean and and conducts heat evenly. I also have the 8" skillet and the 12" skillet.
