Rating: - Not as good as I expected
I rarely do reviews, but I was particularly disappointed in this knife. I bought it to replace my ex-girlfriend's that was fantastic and purchased in Taiwan.
This knife isn't flat on the bottom edge making dicing and chopping far hard than it should be. Worse yet is that it's not very sharp! I had an easier time thin-slicing vegetables with my meat cleaver...
It's a good size and well balanced. It works. It just doesn't work as well as it should for this price tag.
