Product Description: Bamboo oil penetrates bamboo surfaces and protects them against drying, splitting, and cracking. Unlike vegetable oil, it will never turn rancid. Apply to new bamboo products such as cutting boards once a day for one week before the first use. Then, oil once a week for one month, and once a month for one year or whenever the bamboo seems dry. 8 ounce/0.24 litre bottle. May also be used for hardwoods such as maple, cherry, and walnut.
