Rating: - Love the colors!
These Kuhn Rikon paring knives are great! The colors make it easy not to peel your veggies with the same knife you just cut up your chicken with thus avoiding cross contamination. The sheaths are a great plus as you can toss them in a drawer or anywhere really without the fear of damaging the blade or what it would touch. The only thing I did not like is that they are not full tang. With a full tang they would have a better weight to them and be stronger. I love them just the same though and will probably order one of each color. You can put them anywhere.
Rating: - Best paring knife ever
This attractive little knife from the amazing folks at Kuhn Rikon should be an essential part of anyone's kitchen.
Rating: - LOVE these knives
I absolutely love these knives. I do demo's for a living and when we walk away from our table, we can not leave a knife on it so I always put mine in my pocket. The sheath is perfect for protecting me from getting cut. They are extremely sharp and work exactly like the ad says. No bad things to say about them at all.
Rating: - Love These Knives!
These are really great knives. Very sharp, non-stick is great and the sheath is handy. I love having an inexpensive alternative that works great. Generally I prefer Wustof knives but with paring knifes I usually need more than I have on hand unless I want to clean them inbetween items. While I'm sure that they won't have the blade life of Wustof at the price I can have many and just replace them at the end of their life span. I have had our current one a year and its still going strong. I used one to cut up a chicken yesterday and it was plenty sharp. (It was my only clean knife).
Rating: - Eye-catching!
Kunh Rikon Nonstick Paring Knives. Attracted to them by the fun colors, but they cut great and the
non-stick surface is a bonus--not much sticks to it, and cleanup is easy. The sheath is a great idea;
it protects the cutting edge as well as fingers when not in use.
