I ordered this producs 2 weeks ago. Well we had shipping issues and I never received it. Costumer care they were quick to help me and resend it. I must say very good costumer service i was satisfied. (As Seen on TV).
I received my product yesterday. I couldnt wait to test it. I used a Senseo pad and it fit perfect in the holster and the holster fit perfect my Keurig. After the water was heated I pressed the blue button and the coffe came out clear (no grounds of coffe or nothing) i was thrilled and excited. Rating: - Best invention ever!!
So I originally thought this product wasn't so great, because after trying a million different things to get it to work, it was still spilling water out everywhere. I saw everyone elses great reviews and figured I had to be doing something wrong. I called As Seen On TV and retrieved the customer service number for this product. He was very patient as we tried a million different things I had already tried before and finally he had a genius moment and realized I had removed the k-cup holder from the machine for a different product. If you love your Keurig and there's a pod product you also love then this little tool will probably be great for you. Occassionally you'll get a product that won't work right in it but it's rare.

Rating: - Makes a Good & Cheaper Cup of Coffee
I bought this to use with my Keurig. It's great in that I can get a stronger cup of coffee from a pod than from a k-cup, which costs twice as much. As others have noted you, with relative frequency, end up with grounds in your coffee - it would have been nice to see a filter/strainer at the bottom of this. I already have the other device that allows you to use ANY coffee with a keurig (which has a tiny filter) so I usually just strain my cup of coffee through that to remove the grounds.
