Rating: - They Don't wear well
I ordered 2 sets, and only had a couple damaged plates out of both sets. They were replaced quickly. The look of the plates is just what I wanted, the big problem is that they just don't hold up to normal use. Just about every dinner plate now has a chip in it, and the fork and knife marks cannot be completely removed. I like Amazon a great deal, and I will definately buy from them for years to come, but I will never buy another plate from Pfaltzgraff.

This was the only pattern my husband and I could agree on when registering for our wedding. They agree to both his classic and my modern style. They have survived the first year and half of marriage despite my legendary clumsyness. We just ordered another set from amazon to allow us to feed our entire extended family in one meal, they arrived quickly and in tact, I am very happy with these dishes.

These are really beautiful dishes - just a couple of cons -
1. They show scratches after only a year of use
2. The dinner plates are too large for my dishwasher. My water comes out of a jet below the top rack and can't spin when these are on the bottom rack. If you don't have a similar set up, you should be fine.

I received a broken plate. I'm glad I got the email from you about this because I forgot to email you about it. I have a picture of the broken plate. So, how can i get a replacement?

Rating: - Terrible Packaging
I received this item as a gift and had to return it due to the plates being broken. The replacement was sent, but the plates in the replacement were broken. So I ordered another set that arrived broken. Until the packaging changes, I would recommend choosing a different brand.
