And because the machine uses hot air instead of oil, the resulting snack is healthier and lower in calories. That’s not to say you can’t add butter; in fact, the 1/2-cup measuring cup on top of the popper doubles as a butter melter. Simply put in the desired amount of margarine or butter (room temperature is best), and it melts from the heat produced during the popping process. The clear plastic cover and cup, which must stay on during popping so the popped corn doesn’t fly all over the room, easily remove for hand cleaning with warm, soapy water. No other clean-up is required. While a few unpopped kernels spring out the chute as the machine begins to heats up, the chute does a good job of directing the popped corn into a bowl. The popper measures 14 by 9 by 6-1/2 inches, and is identical to Presto’s Orville Redenbacher Hot Air Corn Popper except for color and logo. Rating: - Light & Fluffy Popcorn
I love this corn popper. It produces great popcorn without the greasy calories and yucky, oversalted taste of packaged microwave popcorn. Since the corn is basically taste-free, I have the freedom to dress it up however I choose. It's fun to make different flavors; barbeque spice one day, onion salt the next. I've even drizzled on a little melted caramel and sprinkled in a few nuts to make caramel corn. Have fun experimenting!

I bought this item for my girlfriend as she would often tell me how her parents had one when she was a child. I didn't even know what it was until I found it on Amazon. Long story short - she loves it! Talk about an inexpensive gift getting a huge response. It makes great popcorn in just a couple of minutes and we love the little butter melting dish that sits on top. I highly recommend this.

About three months ago, I decided to reform my eating and fitness habits. [I've lost about twenty-five pounds so far with another twenty-five or so to go.]I enjoy popcorn and decided that a hot-air popper would be a good choice for reducing the fat and the sodium in my diet. This one has worked well. It's easy to use and to clean up. I make about half the recommended amount for myself each time I use it -- 1/4 cup rather than 1/2 cup -- but it leaves relatively few kernels unpopped and it's quicker that the microwave popcorn I used to make.

Product is simple to use and does exactly what it's supposed to do -- it pops corn without oil or waste. Would buy it again.

it works absolutly great!
very easy to use, took us all about 3min to figure it out and was popping pop corn right out of the box!
Tho it would be nice if it had a on/off switch.
right now its just plug it in to start and unplug when you are done.
