This is just the right size for the RV and for home. The RV having limited cooking space, and the propane oven is not easy to cook with. This can be used for everything and cleanup is a breeze.

Bought this to replace an electric skillet over twenty years old. So, far it has preformed beautifully. Only draw back is that it has a couple of hot spots. I'll get used to them by-and-by.

We have tried just about every brand electric skillet on the market. The Presto 06852 - 16 inch is by far superior to them all. We use the Presto 4 to 5 times a week and it has performed excellent. The non stick surface is the best I have ever owned. Absolutely no flaking or discoloration after many uses. No sticking and easy clean up. We have used it for steaks, fish, chicken, pork, soups, rice, pasta dishes, chili, bacon, sausage, eggs, grilled cheese, pancakes and just about any meal imaginable.
