We had been looking for an item that would allow us to poach not just eggs but other things as well. This Poacher has allowed us to poach Pears, Apples and Eggs as well. It simply works great and I would recommend it for everyone.

I purchased this product for my mother who has used it at least once a week since its delivery and has had nothing but good things to say about the quality of the product. She has used the vessel for sea food as well as ribs. Ribs you say? Yup. It's a great pan to put several slabs of ribs into, put the cover on, and slow cook all day in the oven.
