Triple action uses 15 stainless steel saber blades to tenderize any boneless cut of beef, veal, pork, chicken, lamb or fish, and reduce cooking time up to 40 percent. Tenderizing helps create more flavor and less shrinkage, and the meat rapidly absorbs marinade. Use on a cutting board, gently pressing the Jaccard over the meat. If the meat is thicker than 1", tenderize both sides. The Jaccard Meat Tenderizer can be cleaned under hot running water or placed in the top rack of the dishwasher. It is recommended that you clean your Jaccard before using for the first time, and occasionally oil the two main columns with salad or mineral oil. NSF certified. Made in USA.
