Great pillow if you have...sore neck and back issues, night sweats, or toss and turn all night because your pillow is not just right.
My daughter "borrowed" mine because of a sore neck and refused to give it back after just one night! Had to buy a second one. Only draw back is you have to make a pillow case to fit it if you are picky. If not, just double up a standard case and it will work just fine.

Rating: - Wouldn't sleep with anything else
I've been using a buckwheat pillow for years and my old finally wore out. I could not find one in any local store and had to buy on-line as I can't sleep with anything else now. The Sobakawa pillow is just right. It provides firm (but not too hard) support and is very comfortable. I can't imagine using any other kind of pillow now.

Great for neck, back or leg pain!
Also great for headaches, migraines, or overheating, because it can be put in the fridge/freezer for a cold pack.
Use while sleeping or laying flat, and also while watching tv, working on the computer or even driving!
Puts those new memory foam pillows to shame.

I love my pillow so much that my wife wanted one. The only problem with the new one is that there is a bit of a break-in period...at first, it feels as if you are sleeping on puffed wheat. the kernels need to be broken down a bit. After a month, this pillow is perfect. The best part of these pillows is how cool they remain. They need to make pillow cases to fit, though.
