I've only had this heater for just over a week, so I am not sure about it's long term reliability.
Pros:
It works, it was not broken or dead-on-arrival. That is something to celebrate with the portable electric heater industry nowadays.
When you turn the power on, it remembers your last setting.
The digital thermostat seems to be working accurately.
It has a remote control, which I am finding quite convenient, it is spoiling me.
