Received wrong merchandise. Original order was for Magellan 980827, a 12/24 volt power adapter. Item received was a Belkin 'Y' Audio cable. Not even close !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Facts: I placed the order with expedited shipping on day 1. On Day 2 I called and requested the order be cancelled since I did not receive notification from Amazon that it shipped. At that time, their customer service person informed me it was already shipped, and with expedited delivery, they could not recall it - fair enough I thought. Latter in Day 2 (4 hours latter) I received notification from Amazon that the item had shipped.

My car adapter for Magellan Roadmate 2000 quit working. It was miserable resorting back to road maps. Amazon to the rescue. The right product at a good price shipped quick. My Navigator is working like a charm again--so good to hear my Magellan girl's voice!
