This item, I must admit, was very disappointing to me once I got it home. I had envisioned taking this tiny little espresso maker home with me and making delicious espresso drinks whenever I wished. HOWEVER....once I got it home and tested it out, my hopes went out the window. Don't get me wrong...the machine isn't a piece of crap. It makes decent coffee...if that's all you're looking for. It's a cute little machine that doesn't take up much space and is simple to clean.
