Rating: - Be very certain that this fits your needsl!
This product works fine. However, caution is in order due to Lenovo's use of confusingly similar naming.
As another reviewer stated, this base does NOT include any kind of optical drive. You can get a CDRW-DVDR combo, or a full DVD-RW burner, but they are optional (and may cost more than the docking station itself).
Also, the ONLY drives that fit are the Lenovo Ultrabay Slim drives, please note the "SLIM", this is VERY important. The standard non-slim Ultrabay drives do not fit. (too thick, 12mm vs. 9.5mm for the slim.)
