Album Description: Perfect Weight is about having the body we have always wanted. Beginning within, we set up the future of our physical self by aligning our thoughts and feelings toward specific goals. We visualize ourselves in this way, strengthening our confidence and love for our very own flesh and bone. Out of this, a truly transformational weight loss (or gain) miracle can occur.

Rating: - boring
I found the CD very boring. I tried to listen to it while driving and it was a good thing that I did not fall asleep and get into an accident. Maybe I should try this again in a quiet room.
Rating: - I like it.
Kathy's voice is very enjoyable, pleasant and soothing. The background
music and natural sounds are ingeniously combined and set the changing mood of the mediation. I look forward to listening daily.
I am very pleased with this item and recommend it.

I saw Kathy Freston on an interview and found her very inspiring. I recently got into Yoga and this CD reminds me very much of the "mindful path" my instructors teach. Kathy's words are beautiful and this CD is a great resource on the path to weight loss.

Rating: - Creepy music
I can't speak to the effectiveness of this CD as far as weight loss goes -- I've listened to it three times and fell asleep every time. I guess it does help with relaxation! I don't like the background music at all -- some parts of it are somber and eerie. But overall I like it, I like the messages, and I will continue to use it.

It blew me away because many other "weight loss" meditation CDs focus on mental conditioning ... like you're going to train yourself to love asparagus. But this CD asked me to examine the emotional reasons why I am not at my perfect weight. Why don't I inhabit the body I would be most comfortable in right now? When I really started to think about ... Read More
